WORKING DRAWING PHASE
The process of developing working drawings entails the development of a site plan, elevations, floor plans and other supporting drawings, in other words we start working in more detail, adding building materials and specifications along with additional details such as furniture layouts.
INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING
As the architect we consider how the elements of architecture will work together, to do so we consult with other experts to ensure that wiring, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, lighting and safety features function together in harmony.
